Shop Crew Member (Fort Wayne, IN; Indianapolis, IN)

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• CDL Driving: Primarily responsible for transporting goods, with a preference for open deck experience (flatbed, step deck, etc.). If you’re experienced with van trailers and willing to learn open deck, we’ll train you!
• Reliable Hours: This is a 40 to 60-hour job, with possible weekend shifts. We prioritize customer needs, so while your weekly hours will always range from 40 to 60, expect occasional extended assignments when necessary.
• Shop & Yard Support: When not driving, you’ll assist in various tasks at the shop, including:
  • Airing up tires
  • Patching tarps
  • Organizing equipment
  • Keeping the yard tidy
  • Aligning trailers
  • Plus many other tasks to keep operations running smoothly!

Qualifications

• New or Experienced CDL Holder with open deck experience (or willing to learn).
• Strong Work Ethic & Flexibility: Willing to adapt to changing schedules and tasks
• All Skill Levels Welcome: We’re open to training, even if you’re fresh out of driving school—we’ll help finish your training!
