The Logistics Administrative Assistant will contribute to the smooth operation of the building while also supporting the logistics team by on-boarding new carriers and providing various administrative support to the logistics team. This is a 9am to 6pm position.
What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Open/Close Office
- Maintain kitchen area making sure things are cleaned/stocked
- Answer/direct phone calls
- Greet and escort guests to their meeting location
- Distribute food deliveries
- Order food for luncheons
- Pickup mail from the corporate office and distribute
- Prepare any outgoing mail/packages
- Order and manage office supplies
- Onboard new carriers and provide administrative assistance to them
- Provide assistance with carrier portal
- Maintain data integrity for carrier database
- Liaison for all vendors for Executive Blvd including, vending, cleaning, and building maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong communication and attention to detail are vital in this role
- Strong customer service skills required
- Strong computer and typing skills required
- Minimum of two years in an office or administrative role required
