What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Enter accurate and complete load information into system
- Provide timely updates to customers on load status through multiple communication channels.
- Ensure accepted loads will meet DOT requirements to ensure safe operation by Buchanan employees
- Spot quote loads maintaining rate confirmations and associated paperwork.
- Monitor and analyze revenue per customer
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school graduation or equivalent required
- Detail oriented with demonstrated communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Experience with transportation industry preferred
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office applications
