The Driver Manager is the responsible link between the business, drivers, and customers. The Driver Manager is the problem solver that must come up with creative solutions to complex problems. With safety being paramount, this position will handle calls from drivers to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, during the nighttime hours of 7pm to 7am, while company objectives are met.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

Responsible for coaching drivers on smart drive events

Maintain system accuracy

Track load progress and adjust any scheduling details in the system

Communicate changes to CSR and Planner if changes affect future

Communicate load information to drivers

Track driver Hours of Service

Assist drivers with accommodations, repairs, and other situations that arise

Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment is maintained through a preventative maintenance schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products
- Able to multitask in a high-speed environment
- Exceedingly detail-oriented
- Able to uphold proper office etiquette
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
