What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Proactively communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis to ensure excellent customer service.
- Enter accurate and complete load details in McLeod.
- Perform timely updates to customers on their loads the rough website, EDI, phone calls, emails, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and attention to detail are vital in this role
- Strong customer service skills required
- Strong computer and typing skills required
- Minimum of two years in an office or administrative role required
- One year of industry experience required
