OPERATING ROOM ASSISTANT II (Black Hills Surgical Hospital)
The OR Assistant is an important job within the surgical services division. This position primarily provides infection control by cleaning, including but not limited to, floor mopping, cleaning all areas in the surgical services arena; terminal cleaning, stocking, putting away instruments, supplies, etc.
This position also assists OR staff with acquisition of equipment for surgical procedure, patient positioning under the direction of the Registered Nurse; transport supplies, instruments, and equipment as directed.
Previous medical/hospital experience highly preferred. If you want to make a difference, you are reliable, self-directed, can work in a fast-paced environment, remain helpful with a great attitude & like to be part of a high functioning team, you will fit in well at BHSH, so please apply.
Hours primarily 2p-10:30p, Monday through Friday. Hours remain flexible to meet the department needs.
