An opening in our Primary Care Department-MA, or LPN license required. Two years experience required in the Primary Care/ Internal Medicine. Applicant will need prior Primary Care experience. Working in a fast pace clinic with seeing patients, work comp and managing chronic conditions. Working with individual provider in clinic. Experience in patient education with diabetes, geriatric care, and patient education experience preferred. Fast pace environment, and teamwork skills are a must.
Full-time position.
Monday -Friday position.
