PRN "as needed".  Responsibilities include greeting patients, creating and updating patient demographic and insurance information, verifying and analyzing health insurance benefits, explaining payment policies and billing/collection processes, generating charge ticket information, accepting, posting, and balancing cash drawer, scheduling follow-up appointments, ensuring the lobby area is neat and clean, and obtaining medical records as needed.  Attention to detail, computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills required.  Minimum of 2 years medical office experience preferred.  Must be able to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
