Clarity Business Solutions is hiring a MongoDB Database Engineer to join our growing team. We're looking for candidates who meet the requirements to obtain a security clearance. MongoDB experience is required. Applicants should have experience developing and deploying software applications and should feel confident interpreting a variety of languages including Java, C#, Python, & JavaScript. We will provide you with the training necessary to successfully complete your daily activities.

About the Job
As a MongoDB Database Administrator you will engage with clients to provide system engineering, installation/upgrade, and performance tuning. When you join Clarity Business Solutions as a MongoDB Database Administrator, you will be provided with courses through the MongoDB training program. This program will teach you how to use cloud services such as AWS, Linux administration skills, how to install and use MongoDB and MongoDB Ops Manager, how replication and sharding work, how to write and performance tune queries, and how to troubleshoot common MongoDB issues.

There are multiple levels available for this role:
- Level 1 requires 0-2 years' experience.
- Level 2 requires 3-6 years' experience.

What happens after you apply?

Applications will be reviewed with special attention to technical background and previous leadership or training experience. If you advance to the interview stage, expect to have 1 to 2 interviews, all approximately one hour with your future colleagues. During the interview, we’ll walk through your background, development skills, skills related to MongoDB and dive into your professional knowledge.

A third and final interview may be scheduled directly with the program lead. During this session, they will review your development experience, MongoDB experience, and ensure you have the personal skills necessary to be a consulting engineer.

This is a full time position
