We are hiring a Technical Account Manager to supercharge our ability to get our clients the data they need on pressing security, regulatory and compliance issues.


About You

The successful candidate will be driven, intelligent, articulate and energetic as demonstrated by his or her academic and professional credentials. As a Technical Account Manager, you will become an expert on the Kharon knowledge graph and data offerings, their benefits and applications. You will work directly with Kharon’s customers to integrate our industry-leading products and services. You are eager to develop a deep understanding of customer base and their needs so you can lead client engagements from a technical perspective. 


Roles and Responsibilities
 
  • Represent the product and engineering teams in critical customer and partner engagements, taking responsibility for the successful integration and delivery of Kharon’s data. 
  • Work with product and engineering teams to manage and develop Kharon’s data delivery via extracts, APIs, and other mechanisms. 
  • Translate technical requirements from prospective customers into product improvements. 
  • Use project management skills to deliver customer integrations in a timely fashion.
  • Accurately perform detailed diagnostic, quality assurance, and troubleshooting work, developing additional tooling to support these tasks as necessary. 
  • Identify areas for improvement in internal tools and monitoring and validation processes.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation and presentations to current and prospective customers. 


Skills and Experience
 
  • Ability to wrangle data and design dashboards and reports
  • Experience pulling data from a variety of data sources like SQL, nosql databases, s3
  • Develop different report formats (CSV, XML, JSON)
  • Knowledge of one scripting language (ideally SQL, python, R)
  • Knowledge of command line tools


Bonus
 
  • Experience working on data integrations for customers with diverse capabilities and requirements. 
  • Experience integrating with major risk and compliance screening and case management tools.
