Position Overview:
We’re looking for someone to join the B2B marketing team at Clarus Commerce. We’re helping retailers create true loyalty from their customers by leveraging our loyalty technology platform and experience creating premium loyalty programs.

As the B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating, implementing, developing, and optimizing demand generation initiatives that drive leads into the marketing funnel and measurably influence the sales pipeline. While we have made progress here, you will be building this marketing funnel. You will play a pivotal role in growing Clarus Commerce B2B products.

A successful candidate will be results driven, revenue-focused, and ready to take ownership of these channels to drive the best results for the business.

You should be eager to work cross-functionally with sales, product, finance, and client services in a fast-paced organization that will allow you to grow.

You will report directly to the Director of Online Marketing.

  • Develop and manage high impact, multi-channel campaigns to generate demand, qualified leads, and pipeline. That may include, but not be limited to, email, webinars, in-person events, trade shows, digital advertising, ABM, direct mail and other results-focused activities to generate high quality sales leads.
  • Work closely with sales to achieve revenue goals.
  • Serve as a main marketing point of contact for the sales team, designing and executing programs that drive leads and influence pipeline.
  • Develop nurture campaigns to move prospects down the marketing funnel.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and test new marketing channels.
  • Continuously improve the use of the marketing automation and sales enablement tools and deliver more value for the business.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • You must have a sense of urgency.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Deep understanding of B2B demand gen programs, the sales and marketing funnel, and lead lifecycles.
  • Ability to proactively resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes, reporting, and relationships with vendors.
  • Experience working with sales teams to understand needs and integrate into their processes.
  • Proven success planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, social media, email, webinars, events, content syndication, etc.).
  • Understanding of marketing automation and web platforms, preferably Salesforce, Act-On, and WordPress.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to write compelling initial copy for emails, landing pages, etc.
  • Takes ownership and can create and run the demand gen program. Must be a self-starter, self-sufficient, and accountable.
  • Comfortable selling a complicated technology driven product.
  • Previous experience having a direct report.
  • You’re a lifelong learner.
