Consilium is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our robust hiring goals for 2021.  The ideal candidate for this growth-oriented position will possess an in-depth understanding of early-stage hiring procedures - meaning recent experience in identifying, researching, generating, and networking with potential candidates in order to convert them into job applicants. Sourcing talent is the single most important role as you begin your career as a Talent Sourcing Specialist and is key to moving forward in your succession plan in becoming a Corporate Recruiter.  

What you will need to have:
•    Minimum 12 months recruiting experience within a sales or recruitment/staffing organization
•    Ability to identify prospective candidates through social media, job boards, and applicant tracking system.
•    Support talent acquisition strategies and hiring processes
•    Ability to efficiently work in both independent and team settings
•    Basic understanding of databases or applicant tracking systems
•    Strong organizational skills, time-management skills, attention to detail, and strong initiative
•    Ability to document, present and report key findings for a variety of audiences both verbally and in writing
•    Strong level of dedication to time sensitive scenarios, and ability to respond to those scenarios

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Minimum 6 months professional recruiting experience 
•    Four-year college degree 
•    Ability to adapt and implement feedback immediately
