What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet exact specifications
- Monitor machine performance and identify issues such as tool wear or equipment malfunctions
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools and document results accurately
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions with confidence
- Run production lots efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow
- Complete and maintain required production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, environmental, DOT, and HAZMAT guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
- Expand your skills through training and certification opportunities
- Support production demands, including overtime as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred
- 2–3 years of CNC machining or related manufacturing experience
- Strong understanding of machining techniques and shop practices
- Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
