Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) has immediate openings for Loop Molder to join our team! This position reports to the Foundry  Manager at our plant in Pomona, CA. The Loop Molder is a key member of the production team.  The positions are 1st shift (5 am to 1:30 pm) . Experience foundry workers are encouraged to apply. Interested candidates should apply at

Major Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve tools for daily production
  • Prepare tools for usage in accordance with work instructions
  • Inspect paperwork and verify tool identification for production
  • Inspect equipment to assure that mold preparation has been properly administered
  • Perform operations such as producing molds from dry sand (i.e. wooden or metal tooling)
  • Assemble and place cores in designated areas of molds as described in work instructions
  • Perform a sequence of operations were a standard or recognized work instruction method is used
  • Responsible for the proper alignment of the tool and core placement poured at workstation
  • Responsible for the proper performance of all work assignments done at that workstation
  • Acquire additional certifications and credentials as required for work or career development
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
  • Ability to work overtime

  • Work on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by Management

Must be able to work weekends and overtime


  • High school or equivalent

  • foundry experience: 1 year

  • must be willing to work overtime and weekends
