ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Handle all guest requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Must memorize and know the dining room menu
- Complete knowledge of the wine by the glass program, beer selections, and overall liquors
- Ability to use Micros POS system in an efficient manner
- Ability to independently problem solve issues that arise in the restaurant
- Works with line staff and kitchen to deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Complete knowledge of food styles and menu
- Perform side work in a timely and accurate manner
- Sincere and warm interaction with all guests including consistent eye contact with a smile
- Follow and deliver 5 Star services’ standards, delighting guests by anticipating their needs
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of dining experience as a Food Server
- Familiar knowledge with POS operating systems
- Proficient conversational and written English
- Able to stand and walk, and moving for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 45 pounds or more
