STANDARD REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Understand a Banquet Event Order
  2. Make drinks according to BEO and guest expectation
  3. Setup and break down of rolling bar
  4. Handle all guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Complete knowledge of the banquet beverage program
  6. Ability to independently problem solve issues that arise in the bar
  7. Sincere and warm interaction with all guests and consistent eye contact
  8. Prepare juices and fruit for shift

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  1. Ensure that all bar areas are kept clean and presentable
  2. Adhere to side work requirements as set forth by managers
  3. Uniform cleanliness and proper attire at all times without exception
  4. Assist servers with room setup as needed

ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:
  1. 3 years of banquet restaurant bar experience
  2. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
  3. Ability to stand for extended periods of time (possibly an entire shift)
  4. Ability to lift 45 pounds or more
  5.  Proficient conversational English

This is a non-management position
This is an on call position
Pay Scale: $23.99/hour + gratuities
