STANDARD REQUIREMENTS:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:
- Understand a Banquet Event Order
- Make drinks according to BEO and guest expectation
- Setup and break down of rolling bar
- Handle all guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Complete knowledge of the banquet beverage program
- Ability to independently problem solve issues that arise in the bar
- Sincere and warm interaction with all guests and consistent eye contact
- Prepare juices and fruit for shift
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that all bar areas are kept clean and presentable
- Adhere to side work requirements as set forth by managers
- Uniform cleanliness and proper attire at all times without exception
- Assist servers with room setup as needed
ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:
- 3 years of banquet restaurant bar experience
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (possibly an entire shift)
- Ability to lift 45 pounds or more
- Proficient conversational English
This is a non-management position
This is an on call position
Pay Scale: $23.99/hour + gratuities
