Office Administrator / Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary
An Office Administrator / Compliance Coordinator is responsible to various tasks within the Corporate Staff Team. The Office Administrator/ Compliance Coordinator focuses on compliance in labor laws and adherence to product compliance in conjunction with a third-party administrator.

Responsibilities of an Office Administrator / Compliance Coordinator:
  • Continuously monitor compliance across the company
  • Remain up-to-date on all product compliance regulations and standards
  • Remain up-to-date on all labor laws
  • Recommend areas for improvement and corrective action to maintain future compliance
  • Oversee product compliance process effectiveness
  • Update and manage human resource policy and communicate within company
  • Coordinate health and safety plans in relation to labor laws within the company
  • Coordinate and maintain company contracts
  • Other backup Office Administration tasks as assigned

Skills of Office Administrator/ Compliance Coordinator:
  • Knowledge of product compliance
  • Knowledge of human resource
  • Knowledge of safety and health program
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications of Office Administrator/ Compliance Coordinator:
  • Office administration experience required
  • Legal or Para-legal experience preferred but not required
  • Human resource degree or relevant work experience preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be willing to wear a face covering during COVID-19
