We are looking for a skilled and motivated NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system. As a NetSuite Administrator, you will play a crucial role in configuring, customizing, and maintaining our NetSuite environment to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our ERP system and contribute to our overall business success. This position is based out of our Birmingham office. It is NOT a remote position.
- System Configuration: Customize and configure NetSuite to align with our business processes and workflows.
- User Support: Provide support and training to end-users on NetSuite functionality.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the NetSuite system.
- Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate NetSuite with other systems and applications.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows, scripts, and customizations to automate business processes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Security: Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to maintain data security.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with NetSuite updates, releases, and best practices to optimize system performance.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring NetSuite specifically.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.
- Proficient with Google Platforms
