About the Role

Culton Companies is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to support and grow our client base in the Nashville, Tennessee market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working collaboratively while building meaningful client relationships and developing new business.

In this position, you will work alongside an established Senior Sales Executive, jointly managing and expanding existing client relationships while also prospecting and developing new accounts in the Nashville area. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, visibility, and opportunity for growth.

While the position is based in our Nashville office, all design and production takes place in our Birmingham, AL Corporate Headquarters. Occasional travel to Birmingham will be required.

The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and comfortable contributing within a team-based sales environment while still being accountable for individual performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with a Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow existing client relationships

  • Prospect for and develop new business opportunities within the Nashville market

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities

  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate custom solutions

  • Support complex, multi-stakeholder sales efforts from initial contact through close

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent execution and customer satisfaction
     

Qualifications
  • Experience in outside sales or B2B sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable working collaboratively while owning assigned responsibilities

  • Ability to prospect, follow up, and support longer sales cycles

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and professional in client-facing situations

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the territory
     

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
  • Experience selling custom, creative, or project-based solutions

  • Exposure to consultative or relationship-driven sales environments

  • Experience supporting or partnering with senior sales leaders on complex accounts
