The Software Developer is responsible for coding, debugging and developing new features to our software. 
 
Education / Credentials / Experience:
  • 3+ years of coding experience  
  • Good communication skills to work within a team or independently. 
  • IT Computer Science degree preferred, plus years of practical experience.
  • Programming skills in languages such as C#, HTML, Java, .net, and SQL Server.
 
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Coding, testing and debugging programs according to computer engineering specifications.
  • ​Modifying expanding and updating applications.
  • Communicating with a team that includes analysis, engineers and quality assurance testers in Order to coordinate and document applications development and testing.
  • Developing software prototypes.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential and secure.
  • Supports project resources scheduling and department capacity planning. 
  • Works mostly on clearly defined and scoped individual features or problems.
  • Assumes a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team.
  • Ability to have a positive impact on others and communicate openly and directly to individuals
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential and secure.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Advance the capabilities of a small team of developers
