How You Will Contribute
  • Collaborate with CRO team to develop strategic partner plans and update on a frequent basis
  • Engage with CRO team to develop partner specific strategies and tactics for bookings and revenue growth within target partners
  • Direct responsibility for the development of proposals and SOWs for each assigned CRO Partner
  • Collaborate with Sponsor Sales resources on opportunities where appropriate
  • Responsibility for tracking proposals through to close (win/loss) and updating all details in SalesForce.com
  • Prospecting and the development of new relationships within target partners
  • Management of all contacts in SalesForce.com
  • Lead capability presentations and coordinate system demonstrations for all technology solutions at target partners
  • Assist in the development of partner specific marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the development of partner specific metrics around commercial engagement – including proposal value, win rate, cost of proposals, revenue growth, bookings/revenue ratio
  • Participate in industry conferences and events
  • Capture, document and share client feedback to Product Development team

For Consideration You Will Have
  • 5+ years of previous experience in the life sciences industry, preferable clinical
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in supporting commercial activities, either directly or as sales support
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and high energy level
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Interpersonal skills proven to establish effective relationships
  • Good judgment and high integrity
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
