How You Will Contribute
  • Manage a global team of trainers who will deliver training sessions both virtually and onsite in both domestic and international locations.
  • Develop a well-rounded curriculum to facilitate mastery of the software, processes, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve curriculum based on skill gaps, client feedback, product changes, and ongoing needs.
  • Oversee the technologies required to develop, manage, and deliver training.
  • Drive organization brand, values, and best practices through all client communication and training activities.
Education and Training   
  • Develop and manage the creation of both generic and client specific training materials and communications.
  • Work with direct reports to identify and assess the training needs of clients through gap analysis, metrics and consultation with clients and organization SMEs.
  • Prepare an annual training plan, preparing and overseeing the preparation of training courses, conducting training, and tracking and reporting on training progress.
  • Support solution and technology training to the Greenphire organization.
  • Participate in user forums, workshops, special events as opportunities to understand Client’s needs and to educate on product capabilities.
  • Evaluate program performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving client adoption and utilization of software.
  • Monitor instructor (both internal and external) performance through quantitative data and training evaluation feedback.
  • Oversight of operational material management for training material used during Investigator Meetings, office hours, etc.
  • Design, rollout, and manage a certification program for trainers of the software; inclusive of CROs and targeted Sponsor resources to leverage the “train the trainer” concept for broader reach.
  • Rollout and manage a certification program for users of the software.

Continuous Solution Improvement
  • Work closely with Product Management to convey client requested functionality, site user preferences, and competitive intelligence.
  • Work closely with product to understand upcoming enhancements to the software and impact on the client experience; develop updated materials and train on new features and functionality as applicable.
  • Oversee the data analysis and continuous evolution of Greenphire’s in-application training tool.
  • Contribute to and/or organize cross-departmental projects that enhance Greenphire’s solutions and services.

For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and/or training
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in training initiatives, with 2+ years of supervisory experience managing staff
  • Experience with training on a SaaS product and client populations preferred
  • Excellent track record in developing and executing successful training programs
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strategic and creative mindset. Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with software implementations and understanding what goes into training users on a new application
  • Experience with needs assessments, course development and design, and presentation/facilitation of professional training courses
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that is fast-paced and dynamic
  • Ability to travel internationally
