How You Will Contribute
  • Provide Sales Engineering support for strategic opportunities as required
  • Manage a team of Sales Engineers who will develop/deliver presentations and demonstrations both virtually and onsite globally
  • Drive organization brand, values, and best practices through all client communication, demo, and training activities
  • Understand the customers’ requirements and challenges to establish Greenphire solution(s) as the best available
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations of Greenphire’s capabilities and solutions tailored to the customers’ requirements, for qualified sales opportunities
  • Ensure system demonstration environment(s) are adequately prepared for scheduled engagements
  • Document, and convey internally, client requested functionality and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with Client Experience & Education Team and Marketing to develop materials (slides, one-pagers, blogs, videos, etc.) to meet various sales/marketing needs
  • Maintain familiarity of key regulations, market trends and key business events in the Life Sciences Industry (through research, attending events/webinars/conferences, etc.), integrating these data points into client presentations for positioning Greenphire solutions
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand upcoming enhancements to the software and impact on the client experience; develop updated materials and demo/present/train on new features and functionality as applicable
  • Participate in user forums, workshops, special events to understand client needs and to educate on product capabilities
  • Contribute to and/or organize cross-departmental projects that enhance Greenphire’s solutions and services

For Consideration You Will Have
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software demonstrations initiatives
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with training on a SaaS product
  • Excellent track record in developing and executing successful Sandbox/Pilot initiatives
  • Must be interested in helping others, both internal and external to Greenphire, continuous learning, and solving problems.
  • Must be capable of effective project management, including the ability to identify problems, potential solutions, and managing the project through to completion.
  • Must possess excellent computer and computer software skills and experience including but not limited to: word processing, (i.e., MS Word), presentation, (i.e., PowerPoint, Visio), data analysis (i.e., MS Excel).
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter/self-driven, with the ability to work independently/remotely, at times disconnected from other team members
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
  • Experience in clinical trial industry a plus
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that is fast-paced and dynamic
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50%
