How You Will Contribute 
  • Works closely with the Product Manager, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to define appropriate prioritization of stakeholder requests and requirements in support of approved innovation projects
  • Defines and documents functional requirements and translates them into user stories and requirements to fuel the development lifecycle
  • Ensure effective sprint grooming and planning sessions via articulate requirements and prioritization
  • Interact with development/testing teams to facilitate on-going Q&A of requirements through the software development lifecycle and agile process
  • Creates User Acceptance Criteria based on requirements, data schemas and reporting mockups 
  • Assist in release management as required, including internal communications and UAT facilitation to resolve business questions that arise from UAT testing
  • Build out and maintain Product Catalog artifacts for Product Reporting that contain all the required documentation to support internal and external parties
  • Documents and manages Change Requests for defects and enhancements in JIRA and Aha
  • Defines and documents business processes and procedures through internal tools
  • Identifies opportunities for improving reporting features and business processes as a result of user interviews, competitive intelligence and client feedback
For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s degree​ in Business Administration, Information/Computer Sciences, or equivalent work experience and/or training
  • Previous experience in developing industry standard Business and Functional Requirements and process documentation
  • Experience in Agile Software Development
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Visio required
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and running basic queries preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in Data Reporting and/or Data Analysis inclusive of data transfers and/or integration with external sources
  • Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
  • Ability to take strategic guidance on product direction and convert it into actionable designs and product development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude
  • Open-minded and can react to change with agility
