How You Will Contribute 
  • Calculate, prepare, and review travel issuance invoices
  • Perform travel account reconciliations across all vendors to ensure travel costs are being appropriately distributed
  • Closely track the expenses incurred by the various travel agencies ensuring Greenphire is being billed correctly based of contractual agreements
  • Identify and report on any vendor issues to ensure the appropriate changes are made
  • Track any clients that have negative funding in their issuance accounts
  • Work with OPS to make sure that Greenphire is properly funded for travel and resolve any travel issuance issues
  • Build consensus, collaborate, and support team members departmentally and across the organization
  • Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance preferred, or equivalent work experience and/or training
  • Previous experience in a financial or analytics role preferred
  • Must have strong Excel skills, including managing large data sets, and updating financial models.
  • Previous experience in NetSuite preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver timely and accurate work
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to look for ways to improve and promote quality
  • Ability to clearly document and follow process and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), analytical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
