How You Will Contribute 
  • Domain leader with responsibility for methods and processes of data analysis in support of country specific customer forecasting and budget development
  • Consult with clients to define parameters and facilitate data query execution and report delivery to fulfill broader Greenphire data vision
  • Govern and maintain internal knowledge base for all information relevant to global budgeting, contracting, and payments
  • Code and maintain incoming new studies for ongoing FMV data support and refresh
  • Lead ongoing cross-functional training and education on study lifecycle and workflow
  • Serve as an internal and external thought leader on matters of the study start-up lifecycle
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance for client engagements, new business opportunities
  • Function as a primary input channel to Product Management for innovation opportunities related to predictive analytics and application workflow enhancements for study start-up efficiency and acceleration
  • Collaborate with Marketing on speaking engagements, materials, and opportunities
  • Adhere to SOPs and compliance standards as well as company / industry ethical standards
  • Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate
For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and/or training
  • Minimum of 5-10 years in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience negotiating site budgets (with sponsor and/or site)
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience creating site budgets
  • Ability to meet targets and handle high pressure environment
  • Client and process focused
  • Ability to challenge, improve and develop existing practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across direct reports and matrixed resources to accomplish goals
  • Successful demonstration of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel required
