How You Will Contribute
  • Develop Commercial strategy to support penetration and enduring growth of strategic sponsor accounts
  • Coordinate the development of Strategic Account Plans that define strategy and tactics necessary to penetrate and close opportunities with defined targets
  • Gather and comprehend the prospective customers’ challenges and business objectives to appropriately position Greenphire solution(s) as the best available
  • Provide detailed and accurate team activity and forecasting on a consistent basis
  • Meet or exceed financial objectives as well as other key strategic account success criteria in support of corporate objectives
  • Support effective collaboration between strategic account personnel and Greenphire Operations resources to ensure successful solution delivery and strong client satisfaction. 
  • Provide management oversight to enduring strategic account relationships
  • Collect market and competitive intelligence within the defined strategic accounts and apply key insights to Greenphire’s commercial positioning and strategic account strategy
  • Support and also participate in the delivery of presentations and demonstrations of Greenphire’s capabilities and solutions, tailored to the customers’ requirements
  • Maintain familiarity of key regulations, market trends and key business events in the Life Sciences Industry sector, integrating these data points into client presentations for effective positioning of Greenphire solutions
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing in the development and maintenance of sales collateral which showcase the measurable benefit of the Greenphire solutions suite and partnering methodology
  • Coordinate the contract management process (MSA, Statement of Work, Change Orders) for Strategic Accounts
  • Support Business Development and Marketing efforts by attending industry conferences and events
  • Travel up to 50%, may include international
For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years related experience in Strategic Account / Sales Leadership
  • Demonstrated successful track record as a manager of quota carrying, individual contributors
  • Experience with B2B sales in the Clinical Trials sector within Life Sciences
  • Experience selling SaaS technology solutions to the Life Sciences industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in creating and executing presentations, including corporate and solution capabilities, prospective client proposals, bid defense and business case/justification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, the ability to synthesize complex business challenges and to create clear solutions and messages for audiences at various levels of sophistication
  • Ability to be hands-on and adapt quickly to changing demands and priorities and working within tight deadlines
  • Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Self-starter/self-driven, with the ability to work independently/remotely, at times disconnected from other team members
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and manage relationships with customers and partners at a management-level
  • Ability to listen, think logically, strategically, and tactically to solve complex problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess excellent computer and computer software skills and experience including but not limited to: Salesforce.com, word processing, (i.e., MS Word), presentation, (i.e., PowerPoint, Visio), data analysis (i.e., MS Excel)
