How You Will Contribute
  • Oversees the development of the business development organization
  • Manages compensation, training, and sales incentive programs
  • Leads strategic and operational management of the business development function
  • Works directly with the senior management team to determine strategies to grow Greenphire’s business
  • Works directly with senior management team and other relevant stakeholders to create, implement and manage policies and procedures to effectively support the business
  • Determines and implement specific sales and marketing strategies to drive the growth of the company
  • Recruits and manage an effective sales force to support company growth
  • Provides detailed and accurate sales forecasting on a regular basis
  • Assists the business development team in representing Greenphire’s interests to clients and other relevant third parties
For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience in a startup environment and/or in the life sciences research and development field
  • A strong track record of strategic development
  • A documentable track record of sales growth success
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Familiarity with clinical research, GCP and/or ICH a plus
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High energy level and desire to succeed
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
