How You Will Contribute
  • Work collaboratively with software engineers to automate the deployment of applications (develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines)
  • Work collaboratively with infrastructure engineers to implement infrastructure as software and deploy cloud services in support of both development and infrastructure teams
  • Help automate and streamline operations and processes
  • Build and maintain tools for the monitoring and operations of the environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test and production environments

For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
  • Experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent software-engineering role
  • Demonstrable container experience (docker required, Kubernetes knowledge is a plus)
  • A background in Linux administration
  • Experience working with AWS (equivalent experience with another cloud provider will be considered)
  • A working knowledge of Windows servers
  • Expert level skills in code deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible, and Chef
  • Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring
  • A strong command of software-automation production systems (Jenkins and Selenium)
  • Expertise in software development methodologies
  • Working knowledge of Python and known DevOps tools like Git and GitHub
  • A working knowledge of databases and SQL (Structured Query Language)
  • Possess a problem-solving attitude
  • Knowledge of current computer security practices
  • Customer service focused and detail oriented
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and collaboratively in workgroups
