How You Will Contribute
  • Developing the recruitment strategy and execution plan to identify, attract, and recruit individuals into roles from entry level to senior management and reach across multiple business units
  • Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment counsel and guidance to develop position specifications and testing activities
  • Use social media, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, to source candidates for open jobs
  • Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through on-boarding
  • Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles)
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool or pipeline
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment and culture
  • Leverage competitive intelligence tools and resources to enable data driven sourcing strategies
  • Compile and present competitive market intelligence to recruiting teams, sourcing leader and as required, senior stakeholders to overcome market challenges for niche, high demand skill sets and to enable faster, smarter hiring decisions
  • Maintain keen understanding of latest trends around most effective sourcing channels with the ability to navigate a global organization
  • Experience in talent research, building talent pools and mapping, using creative techniques, tools, and channels to engage with talent
  • Lead, develop and grow a strong team of Talent Acquisition Specialist, providing the development, monitoring and analysis of individual KPIs, development plans and overall work quality.
  • Develop continuous improvements to internal HR processes as well as recruitment efforts focusing on finding and retaining great talent
  • Build strong relationships with internal operational stakeholders to identify needs for process improvements, employee performance drivers, and employee engagement efforts
  • Create and hold internal trainings relating primarily to operational improvements, corporate values and communications skills for Evolution employees.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in priorities, target skill set requirements, etc.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
  • Develop college recruiting programs if applicable with business resources
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs if applicable with business needs

For Consideration You Will Have
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in talent acquisition
  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate talent acquisition role with SaaS, Clinical Trial or Life Sciences experience a plus
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a high growth environment
  • Previous experience in vendor evaluation, selection, and implementation of Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to lead and own the search and selection process including identifying, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills/EQ.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a high energy level and the ability to be a brand ambassador
  • Great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
