How You Will Contribute
  • Create and cultivate meaningful relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders to effectively become their key representative for innovation
  • Primary responsibility for value creation identification across product and solution remit. 
  • Create formalized product portfolio views of innovation recommendations based on data-driven, ROI analysis and comprehensive of core feature/functionality, Data Services components, and Product Health
  • Fully develop and manage internal/external focus groups, in a formally defined cadence, and in support of the above formalized inputs to innovation.  Further, establish and facilitate bi-directional communications to all relevant stakeholders for roadmap transparency and change management.  
  • Work with BA Manager and UX Manager to fully define and implement the most effective set of processes and role/responsibility definitions that facilitate efficient and effective SDLC.  
  • Deep contribution to Product Marketing and Thought Leadership, in conjunction with CPO.
  • Support commercialization activities as it relates to product packaging, pricing, marketing and sales support.
  • Ensure thorough and usable understanding of key competitors via competitive analysis documentation and incorporating into innovation strategy.

For Consideration You Will Have
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management or similar business capacity  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline
  • Aptitude to manage cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required
  • Possess strong research skills to assess market needs and competitive offerings 
  • Ability to travel if/as needed (e.g. in support of commercial and/or thought leadership opportunities)  
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
