How You Will Contribute
  • Responsible for building and maintaining the budget model including supplemental reports and analysis.
  • Play a key role in the financial planning/forecasting initiatives including annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Build and maintain reports to present complete financial results and analysis, sales performance, and key metrics to Senior Management and Board of Directors
  • Creates and maintains statistical/financial databases and analyze financial/operational performance and effectively communicate and present findings
  • Manage operating metrics and KPIs across the organization
  • Recommend and implement processes for scaling our systems and processes through process improvement, system integration, and new tool implementation

For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a progressive financial planning
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (including macros)
  • Tech-savvy and experienced working to establish integrated processes and systems
  • Prior experience formulating financial metrics
  • Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles
  • Strong communicator
  • Must able to work effectively with Senior and Executive-level management, including the board and investors
