How You Will Contribute
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities 
  • Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy  Lead scrum team(s) in accordance with the Scrum Master and act as the Product Owner, representing Product Management and Greenphire
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team(s) and stakeholders throughout the project by creating necessary requirements and user stories
  • Plan and prioritize feature backlog
  • Ensure that the team(s) always have an adequate number of prepared tasks to work on
  • Lead the product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Set sprint goals
  • Generate acceptance criteria
  • Analyze preferences and requests of end users
  • Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
  • Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar relevant field preferred, or equivalent work experience and/or training
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner or similar role in product management
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of managing all stages of the product life cycle within an Agile framework
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a vision
