How You Will Contribute
  • Responsible for building teams to support client and industry focused business units
  • Build process and structure into the business units that improves consistency of client experience and helps to develop best practices across those units
  • Monitor resource capacity based on workload and forecasted volume
  • Partners with other organizational leaders to ensure consistency and alignment across direct and matrixed teams guiding direction and development
  • Drives program and project direction, promoting prioritization and alignment across initiatives
  • Ensure best practices and resources are leveraged across both the business and clients
  • Negotiation of project critical issues and decisions from the end customer to internal stakeholders
  • Develop program and project strategies including effort, scope, planning, budgeting, resource planning and risk assessment
  • Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives both internally and externally
  • Develop tools to measure effectiveness of client implementations
  • Provide an escalated level of leadership and support for the project management team during times of client issues and concerns
  • Empower team to be accountable and responsible for decision making
  • Provide team with training and resources to excel in their roles
  • Provide frequent feedback and coaching in order to consistently meet and exceed individual and team goals
  • Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate 
For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience and/or training
  • 10-15 years of direct team management experience desired
  • 4-6 years of experience working in the healthcare industry including Pharmaceutical, CRO’s or other businesses that focus on clinical trials desired
  • Demonstrate core competencies in data analysis, clinical trials, program management, and financial technology
  • Proven success with coaching, mentoring, and collaborating within and across teams
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to respond to changing environments and adapt both yourself and the team to accommodate changes
