How You Will Contribute
  • Manage team of Project Managers responsible for implementation and ongoing support of new client projects
  • Monitor team’s performance to ensure that projects are implemented, supported, and closed accurately and in accordance with established processes
  • Monitor productivity of team and help improve through process enhancements and automation
  • Collaborate and communicate with business partners to verify expectations are being met
  • Develop and monitor controls to ensure standard processes and procedures amongst the Project Managers
  • Establish auditing and monitoring checklists and procedures
  • Coach and develop Project Managers including ongoing one-on-one and team meetings
  • Enhance training program to support onboarding and updates for Project Manager
  • Identify industry trends affecting clinical trials and develop understanding of common therapeutic and country-specific nuances specific to patient reimbursement and investigator payments
  • Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert and help to develop strategies and materials to increase the quality and efficiency of support to clients and users
  • Assist in the management of strategic client relationships after the successful implementation of new client projects
  • Direct and participate in the development of new features and functionality
  • Travel for client meetings and trainings as needed 

For Consideration You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience and/or training
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry preferred
  • Previous management experience required
  • Client and process focused
  • Ability to challenge, improve and develop existing practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Microsoft Project
