How You Will Contribute
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customer service in the Accounting & Finance organization
  • Manage and maintain various in-house service management tools, i.e. Netsuite, JIRA, etc.
  • Assist in collecting outstanding Accounts Receivable for small to mid-size clients
  • Work with Finance, Operations and Commercial on accounts requiring resolution
  • Notify the appropriate people of important findings when speaking with customers
  • Prepare and send monthly statements to clients 

​​​​​​​For Consideration You Will Have 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience and/or training preferred
  • Experience collecting receivables desired
  • Experience in a customer service-related position preferred
  • Excellent computer skills; including Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail required along with good listening/interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and exercise sound business judgment
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
