Job Description
Hive Media Group is seeking a sharp, ambitious, and tech-savvy Revenue Operations Associate to join our team.  You will work alongside a team of seasoned digital media professionals, providing direct support to our Sr. Director of Revenue. This is a cross-functional role involving ad operations, analysis, troubleshooting, partner management, testing, and optimization. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to contribute firsthand to business processes and operations at a fast-growing digital media company.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Revenue Operations, Engineering and Analyst teams
  • Oversee ongoing video testing and optimization
  • Help identify and resolve ad serving, partner, and data issues
  • Work on technical ad projects, which involve coordinating between Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Engineering
  • Set up new partners and continually monitor integrations
  • Perform QA for all partners and tests before and after launch
  • Provide ongoing technical QA and troubleshooting support
  • Utilize GAM, partner dashboards, proprietary internal products, and third-party analytics to analyze and report on revenue operations  
  • Manage revenue partner optimization and revenue analysis
  • Investigate root causes for issues/anomalies and provide solutions
  • Support PMP efforts through outreach, troubleshooting, and detailed reporting
  • Help identify, analyze, and interpret trends/patterns in complex data sets
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and identify new operational opportunities
  • Take on special projects under the Revenue Operations umbrella as needed

Required Skills and Experience
  • 1+ years in an Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, Ad Technology, or Business Operations with technical components
  • Bachelors degree (or relevant work experience)
  • Must be detail-oriented with great attention to accuracy, have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and communicate with teams on multiple projects
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of larger interdisciplinary teams
  • Highly analytical
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Not afraid to wear multiple hats

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (Pivot Table, VLOOKUPS, SUMIF, etc.)
  • Prior experience working with DFP/Google Ad Manager and Prebid
  • Experience with video monetization is a plus
  • Working knowledge of adtech and the digital media industry
  • Header Bidding, Digital Advertising, or Digital Publishing experience a plus
