Our ideal candidate is a Customer Support Superstar with strong computing skills/aptitude. Prior experience using people driven systems such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or a CRM is a huge plus. You should be equally comfortable with people and computers; and you should be respected as a dedicated, high-energy, enthusiastic, hardworking, and flexible solutions oriented contributor. Our Client Support Specialists build relationships with our clients to provide quality support that truly makes a difference.
