Project Objective:  Develop post offer / pre-hire physicals program and requirements for all production positions. 

Major Tasks:  Review physical demands requirements by interviewing supervisors and observing employees while working.  Work with our workers comp provider on developing the physical requirements to be tested.  Implement program company wide and with our temporary staffing services.  Develop categories for each position based on physical demand requirements and rank accordingly. 

Desired Final Product or Outcome:
At the end of the project all production positions will have a post offer physical and requirements will be established with all recruiting partners.
All Interns will present a power point presentation on what they have learned though their summer internship program.  All power point presentation will be given in a group setting to Management, Directors, Co –Worker’s, General Manager and fellow interns at the end of the internship in August.Please feel free to apply to as many positions as you are interested in.
