Job Summary
This position will complete specific tasks and projects as assigned by the Marketing Director. This position will create marketing content for use on websites and social media and sell products through digital social selling platforms. This position plays a key role in generating SEO and SEM content for all channels, growing our presence on existing and new social media platforms, and maintaining exceptional customer service relationships by acting as an extension of the sales force through virtual selling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing & Sales Content Specialist will be involved in multiple areas, including:
· Schedule and create regular, frequent, and engaging video content and participate in a growth strategy for YouTube, Tiktok, and other relevant social / video platforms
· Schedule and create regular, frequent, and engaging social media posts and participate in a growth strategy for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media platforms
· Schedule and write regular, frequent, and engaging blog and email marketing content and participate in a robust SEO and SEM enhancement strategy
· Schedule and coordinate video and photo shoots
· Coordinate, present, promote and sell products to prospective customers via social selling platforms
· Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products on e-commerce and virtual platforms; accountable for sales growth and bonus-eligible
· Communicate with Marketing Director & E-Commerce Director on assignments for the week
· Coordinate with Digital Marketing Coordinator to fine tune digital advertising strategies
· Evaluate inventory in stores to identify top performers/new SKUs/overstock to add to our online presence
· Support all other marketing efforts as required, including participation in community events
· Utilize CRM software (Hubspot) for contact management, lists, marketing emails, and social media scheduling
•           May be required to work at/support all events including set-up, break-down, and running of event; assure proper exposure is achieved from event, including in-house photography
•           May be required to work in retail stores as needed
•           May be required to assist warehouse in inventory processing as needed
•           Some responsibility for managing summer graphics/videography interns and planning daily schedules
•           All other duties as assigned

Education, & Experience
· A minimum of two years' relevant work experience
· Videography and photography proficiency required, including ability to edit video/photos using Adobe Creative Cloud software
· Experience on major social media platforms and understanding of best practices in brand management
· Social selling platform experience preferred (such as Facebook or Comment Sold)
· Experience in the retail field preferred
· College degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

Working Conditions
· The work environment for this position is generally an indoor controlled environment. Noise level is moderate; expect noises like office machines and light traffic.
· May be requested to work overtime and weekends during the company’s in-season time period.
· May be requested to drive company vehicle to other locations.
Physical Requirements
About 1/3 of one's time will be spent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. One-third to two-thirds of one's time will be spent standing, walking, sitting, and reaching. About 2/3 of one's time will be spent using one's hands to finger, handle or feel, as well as talking or hearing. Expect to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis. Vision required: close, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Some other physical demands come from continuous computer work, cash register work, sales floor work, events work, and mail order work.
