We're looking for a Senior UX Architect with a passion for understanding user motivations to create engaging experiences that drive business value. The position calls for strong problem-solving skills, understanding of current technology, and a talent to turn abstract vision into solid user experience deliverables.   • User Centered Analysis – Analyze complex systems and how users work within them for a range of industries. Identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. Create actionable recommendations from insights.  
  •  Outcome Driven – Uncover the true opportunities to hit KPIs and drive business value. Expose the insights that exemplify the needs of the user to ensure we're solving the right problem. Design effective solutions though creative problem solving that go beyond shiny objects or surface level results.  
  • UX Architecture & Design – Identify and produce the necessary UX deliverables for a range of projects such as wireframes, prototypes, user flows, site map and navigation design. Create professional-quality products and documentation that clearly and persuasively communicate the UX strategy and research findings.  
  • User Research – Perform formative and summative research including user testing, tree testing, card sorting, surveys, interviews, and contextual observation.  
  • Presentation & Facilitation – Within client facing and internal environments, present ideas, lead workshops and facilitate conversations to understand the business objectives, user needs, technical specifications, and experience goals.   
  • Collaborative Partner – Build a shared understanding with the project team including UI designers, developers, content strategists, data analysts, PMs, and BAs. Together, strive for innovative experiences with strong technical solutions without compromising on core UX principles. 
  • UX Leader - Ability to work independently and drive the design review cycle, proactively put together design requirements and achieve consensus. Advocate for the user to ensure the experience vision is met.  
  • Strong bias for action – Juggle priorities and effectively to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals.  
  • Current & Curious – Keeps up-to-date with best practices in design trends, usability, process tools, technology, and industry insights. A natural ability to understand and apply new ideas to real-life projects.  
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a UX designer, information architect, interaction designer, web developer, web designer, or art/creative director with a solid user experience background.  
  • A strong design portfolio that demonstrates your process and approach to a range of user-centered design solutions. Demonstrate a balance of design, usability, research, strategy, and technical knowledge. This is a requirement for application.  
  • Quantifiable success in creating a range of beautiful and user-friendly experiences with attention to detail including web applications, business software, mobile apps, and consumer-facing features.  
  • Aptitude for technical details. Comfortable collaborating closely with development, data science, QA, and analytics team members. Working knowledge of CMS, front-end and back-end basics. Appreciation of the role of technology plays in impacting the overall experience.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Ability to articulate the core idea in 30 seconds or less and the instincts and ability to dive deeper when necessary.
