About McElhanney
Based in Western Canada for over 100 years, McElhanney offers innovative and practical engineering, surveying, mapping, planning, landscape architecture, and environmental services. As a 100% employee owned and operated firm, with over 1,000 staff members, we are proud to offer qualified staff with shareholding options in our company. Our teams work hard to build strong connections with our staff, clients, and local communities.

At McElhanney, we use state of the art drones, LiDAR, and other equipment to be the eyes in the sky, on the ground, and below the water’s surface. We use spatial tools, 3D models, and virtual/augmented reality to analyze, visualize, and communicate our insights. This has allowed us to uncover hidden cities in Cambodia, monitor Canadian LNG projects, and create crowd-sourcing apps to help improve our local neighborhoods. By working with our clients, we develop custom solutions to help them understand more than just the map, but a comprehensive landscape of valuable data.
