TALENT AND CULTURE MANAGER (HUMAN RESOURCES)
The Talent and Culture Manager is a generalist leadership position that oversees and assists the Talent and Culture department. This role has direct involvement in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, employee experience and communication. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and embody professionalism and flexibility. This individual must be a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Previous leadership experience in a similar role within the hospitality field is preferred along with work experience in Hawaii. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, human resources or related field is preferred.
