$2000 SIGN ON BONUS (excludes PRN status and must have continuous year of service)

 per hour Starting Rate
$13.93 per hour for 3 years experience as an STNA
+$.50 per hour shift differential for 3-11:30 shift
+$1.00 per hour shift differential for 11-7:30 shift
Menorah Park has an immediate need for experienced State Tested Nursing Assistants preferably with hospital or sub-acute experience.

The State Tested Nursing Assistant is an essential part of the nursing team, providing physical care and emotional support to the residents and families in an atmosphere of respect and dignity, and in accordance with Jewish culture. The STNA will provide care in accordance with Menorah Park’s policies and procedures and state regulations including: Bathing, shaving, toileting, feeding, skin care, nail care, transferring, lifting, weighing, dressing, and grooming. The STNA will also be responsible for obtaining vital signs, reporting any changes in resident conditions, and providing a safe environment for residents by following written assignments, reporting any unsafe condition, and monitoring the environment for safety and cleanliness.
This position offers a clean, safe, and stable environment. Opportunities for advancement are numerous including: Team Leader positions, Preceptor positions, and an on site three step Career Ladder Program with the potential for $1.50 per hour raise.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Must have a current STNA license in the state of Ohio.
  • Must have the desire to work with the elderly.
  • Must have good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must have the ability to push and pull up to 200 pounds and to lift or carry up to 75 pounds.

If hired you will be required to attend a seven day orientation.

Seven Day Orientation Schedule
Day 1 : 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Day 2 - 5: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Day 6-7 : Scheduled on your assigned shift
