Senior Full Mission Profile Instructor
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI polygraph  

OTA is looking for a Senior Full Mission Profile Instructor to design, deliver, and implement comprehensive training programs for Special Operations Forces (SOF) operators and authorized Foreign Partner government personnel. This role involves creating and delivering programs of instruction (POI), leading classroom sessions, and facilitating practical exercises focused on advanced tactics, techniques, and procedures for the collection and exploitation of current and emerging technologies and protocols.

This position is contingent upon contract award. 



Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, review, and deliver (instruct/present) required POI techniques, tactics, and procedures for Full Mission Profile, Cellular, and Push-To-Talk (PTT) Courses (See FMP Course SOW and FMP Validation Course SOW)
  • Provide team-level management of contractor staff performance regarding coordination activities with Government staff, to include review of all training packages to be submitted; present the confirmation brief for each training package to the Government
  • Attend technical meetings, conferences, design reviews, and/or training regarding technology pursuit, advancements, and equipment designs at Government direction.
  • Directly support Government assigned staff and IC Partners on force modernization, operational assessment, and evaluation projects as they pertain to instruction topics
  • Provide written assessments and technical reviews regarding the capabilities and operational employment potential of developing and/or emerging technologies at Government direction
  • Generate and administer student course evaluations at the conclusion of each course iteration
  • FMP Senior Instructor may also be required to perform the tasks of an Intermediate Instructor
  • Coordinate with Senior Wi-Fi Instructor for the delivery of Wi-Fi blocks of instruction and practical exercise equipment support during the FMP courses.
  • Obtain and/or maintain the Instructor level of NSA certification status in the technologies that the Government requires. At the Government’s request, coordinate and/or perform certification courses for contract and Government personnel IAW NSA policy
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience (within last 10 years) in raw SIGINT collection and analysis in a deployed SOF environment, the Intelligence Community and/or in support of SOF elements
  • 1 year deployed in a SOF environment
  • 4 years SIGINT SOF operator in a USSOCOM billet (i.e. @ NSW TIO; MARSOC; USASOC, AFSOC, or JSOC unit).
  • Completed WireShark and Python Scripting training courses
  • 2 years of combined experience utilizing WireShark and Python Scripting, --OR-- 2 years of experience conducting SIGINT analysis using non-enterprise tools
  • Completed specialized training in RF spectrum allocation and management process, and in untethered analysis
  • 2 years of experience applying RF spectrum allocation and management processes and untethered analysis
  • Current or previous (within recertification window) Instructor certification in MODE 1, MODE 2 and/or MODE 3, w/minimum operator certification in MODE 5
  • Possess excellent written and oral communications/presentation skills
  • Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) --OR-- 2 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation, podium lecturing, and classroom instruction
  • TOP SECRET clearance and SCI eligible on Day 1 of performance
  • A counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within the last 5 years
