This position can be performed on site or remotely.

Develops appropriate business plans and models for new customers and markets.

Develops new market contacts and travels to their locations to represent the company and solicit business.

Talks with customers by phone as needed to ensure customer production needs are being met, build relationship, broaden knowledge of product usage, research additional services to offer the customer.

Enhances existing marketing materials to attract new business.  Updates and maintains marketing literature and website information.  Displays or presents information to prospective customers.

Answers inquiries regarding production capabilities, manufacturability of parts, and availability of tooling, estimated delivery dates.

Analyzes blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for new products, projects or services.

Oversees and manages the orderly integrations and implementation of new diversification projects into the Ottenweller Production System.  Required to support New Product Introduction quotation process.

Provides appropriate guidance related to new projects to the Ottenweller Engineering staff.

Interacts with company senior management team to present new opportunities and projected return on investment.

Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.

Assists in gathering information regarding customer credit history, markets, specifications and pricing needs.
