About the Role: 

We are looking for an all-star, versatile marketer to join our fast-paced and growing agency.  If you are passionate about B2B marketing strategy, campaign execution, content development and working side-by-side with the sales team to meet revenue goals, we want to talk. Strong candidates will have a wealth of digital experience using today’s top marketing technologies and tools to identify, engage and convert business across numerous industries.  

We’re seeking a candidate that has a solid and proven marketing record across a number of disciplines and channels, but the perfect fit for our team will have deep digital knowledge and a passion for the latest tech trends and applications. This person will be goal-oriented and understands sales targets and initiatives. We realize this is a tall order so what a candidate lacks in experience, they must make up in enthusiasm. 

The right candidate will have demonstrated success in Demand Generation & Lead Cultivation, Content Development, Partner Marketing, Brand Building 

Roles & Responsibilities: 
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the right candidate will be confident in helping to execute strategies under aggressive timelines and working with multiple internal stakeholders.  This person will have a base salary as well as bonus incentives if targets are reached. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Support the day-to-day, hands-on execution of all marketing and lead generation campaigns  

  • Work directly with Director of Marketing and Sales team to hit revenue goals and targets 

  • Drive and manage content strategies & content development  

  • Develop & execute compelling marketing messaging that intersects target verticals and technology partners 

  • Produce consistent, high-quality content output that supports a variety of formats, including web copy, e-books, demand generation copy, blog content, video scripts, and thought-leadership content. 

  • Drive and measure effectiveness of search engine optimization strategies, paid search and social marketing campaigns, email and partner activities. 

  • Manage cross-functional collaboration and set campaign direction with creative and development teams to design and deliver assets  

  • Work with subject matter experts across the company to produce high-value content  

  • Collaborate with partners on campaign and content efforts, aligning stories and opportunity 

  • Optimize and improve digital assets including but not limited to our web site, social channels, event materials, etc. 

  • Own all marketing-related technology platforms, including but not limited to marketing automation, email, tracking and analytics 

  • Ability to interpret marketing data to extract insights and recommended actions to foster continuous improvement 

  • Manage all marketing activities within directed annual marketing budget 



  • 3-5 years' experience with proven record of B2B marketing success 

  • Knowledge and experience working with Hubspot to set up and execute marketing campaigns, emails, landing pages and to automate outreach 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail 

  • Demonstrated expertise in content marketing 

  • Ability to identify, target and generate leads that produce qualified pipeline through paid, earned and owned channels 

  • Well-versed in paid and organic search marketing, paid digital media and retargeting. 

  • Strong understanding of selling through a long sales cycle with multi-touch attribution being a key element of measured success 

  • Must be proactive, a strategic thinker and work well under deadline 

  • Experience working with technology partners in support of joint marketing and sales activities 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field 

  • Agency experience preferred
