About the Role: 

As a Business Development Representative, you will directly influence sales success and company growth and enjoy a competitive base salary plus commissions.  Whether you are researching and developing key prospects, qualifying leads, or tracking and measuring results, you will play a vital role in the success and growth of SilverTech. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, sales or similar with a passion for digital marketing and technology.  


Summary of Responsibilities: 

  • Meet or exceed lead sourcing, call, meeting and proposal targets defined quarterly 

  • With the help of marketing, manage vertical and opportunistic campaign deployment and follow-up schedules 

  • Partner with the Sales Team to apply our lead generation methods through dynamic campaigns  

  • Qualify new opportunities  

  • Hit daily activity quota for prospecting outreach 

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to transition qualified opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up & documenting relevant information via CRM 

  • Source net new targets daily 

  • Acquire referrals and further contact information as needed 

  • Work with fellow members of the Sales Team in responding to request for proposals and request for information. 


Qualifications: 

  • B.S. / B.A. in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or equivalent 

  • 1+ years of business to business experience is a plus  

  • Knowledge and interest in technology, mobile based marketing, social media and sales 

  • Proven success in driving for results in a fast paced, ever changing environment 

  • Strong communication skills, effective presentation skills as well as interpersonal and team building skills 

  • Ambition and persistence while maintaining a professional manner 

  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus 

  • Must have a reliable form of transportation. Must be willing to travel as needed.
