About the role: 

 

The HR Generalist will be a part of a growing HR Team responsible for enhancing the strong employment culture at SilverTech.  The core objectives for this role will be to ensure SilverTech is well positioned for growth by acquiring the best talent the industry has to offer.  Working collaboratively with all levels of Leadership, the HR Generalist will assist in the initiation and execution of onboarding programs, campus recruitment strategy, employment brand, training and development initiatives, and other key components to the employee experience.  Providing both specific HR expertise and a long-term employment brand vision, the HR Generalist will be a pivotal role in SilverTech’s strategic growth plan.            

 

Summary of Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for key positions within the organization. 

  • Manage and maintain SilverTech’s employment brand strategy and reputation. 

  • Conduct full cycle recruitment process for any and all open or ahead of need positions, both locally and internationally, if necessary. 

  • Create campus recruiting strategies and relationships to enhance SilverTech’s brand and ensure a consistent pipeline of talent. 

  • Plan, implement, and execute SilverTech’s internship programs.  

  • Manage SilverTech OnBoarding Program through effective organization, communication, and collaboration with leadership and HR peers. 

  • Plan and conduct all relevant trainings for Crew members in partnership with Director of Human Resources. 

  • Assess and develop appropriate recommendations for compensation of new hires, promotions, and transfers. 

  • Help to update and maintain employee handbook and assist in the revision of associated policies and procedures. 

  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures that would continually improve HR department efficiencies and the overall employee experience.  

  • Provide insight and direction on all matters related to employee engagement, training and development, and culture. 

  • Assist in revising and executing annual performance evaluation process. 

  • Oversee company Culture Club. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or relevant field. 

  • 3+ years of progressive Recruiting and HR Generalist experience including training and development. 

  • Passion for people and the desire to provide the best possible employment brand and culture.  

  • Strong emotional intelligence capacity demonstrating ethics, empathy, social skills, self-awareness, and continuous learning. 

  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems through a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach. 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with considerable presentation experience.  

  • International recruitment experience a plus.
