About the role:  

SilverTech is look for an analytical and ambitious digital media enthusiast to join our Marketing Team. The Digital Media Strategist will have the opportunity to work directly with our team to support and help manage digital media campaigns and budgets across a variety of platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo and Facebook, among others. The ability to perform multiple functions while continuously learning new skills and technologies is a vital component of this position. The position reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the Sales Team and other agency staff to develop and execute strategic digital media plans/placements and marketing strategies. 

 A strong proficiency in search engine marketing, paid media marketing, lead generation, targeting, tracking, analytics and creative strategy is required. This is a detail-driven, fast-paced role in which the ideal candidate must be able to communicate ideas and recommendations with confidence, effectively multitask and work well with others.  

 Enthusiasm to implement innovative marketing ideas and explore new lead opportunities is a must. They must be able to work collaboratively with a wide variety of staff and clients with an interest and willingness to stay current with industry trends and issues related to digital media, social media and our target audience. Candidate must have experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics. Experience with Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager also preferred. 



  • Manage all aspects of search, display, and social media campaigns, including: 

    • Keyword research 
    • Budget planning
    • Campaign strategy, structure, buildout, and execution 
    • Creative strategy and development (including clear and effective ad copy) 
    • Testing and ongoing optimizations
    • Tracking and analytic
    • Ongoing bid and budget management
    • Reporting to relevant stakeholders  
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives  

  • Develop new business opportunities with paid media and/or identify areas of improvement  

  • Forecast and track key account metrics on a daily basis 

  • Prepare reports on account status 

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team to identify and grow opportunities  

  • Create and optimize landing pages using tools such as Hubspot or Unbounce 

  • Conduct market, keyword and media research as part of the proposal and planning process 

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide a recommendation for adoption where appropriate 

  • Assist marketing team members with miscellaneous digital marketing projects, as needed 

  • This position will evolve over time as market conditions change and new opportunities present themselves, so other responsibilities will be assigned or better yet, self-initiated! 



  • BS/BA in marketing, sales, business management, communications or related field or equivalent experience. Agency experience preferred 

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid media management (including search, display, and social media campaigns) 

  • Solid understanding on how best to structure an entirely new campaign or restructure an existing one for improved results 

  • Basic understanding of all aspects of digital marketing including content, email, search engine optimization (SEO), automation and personalization 

  • Experience using a variety of platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn and Hubspot 

  • Experience communicating, presenting and working with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level 

  • Knowledge of general digital strategy 

  • Strong understanding of common business challenges 

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  

  • Must be willing to travel on occasion
